Hi, I'm Jason Zetts, the proud founder of Bear State Home Inspection. In 2017, my family and I made the move from Northeast Ohio to Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, and we instantly fell in love with all the beauty this state has to offer. From exploring the stunning lakes and hiking trails to enjoying an afternoon of golf or playing pickleball, we have embraced everything Central Arkansas has in store for us.
Before becoming a home inspector, I spent 20 years as an Inventory Manager, both in Ohio and here in Arkansas. Throughout my career, I always found the home buying process to be intimidating, and I know I’m not alone in that feeling. The process of purchasing a home can be overwhelming, and understanding all the details of a potential property is something that intrigued me. With encouragement and support from family, I made the decision to pursue my passion and become a certified home inspector. Now, I take great pride in helping families navigate the home-buying process by providing them with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions.
